By working together as a joint venture partner you’ll receive 60% ownership in one of our investment properties. In turn we also share 40% in all future equity, cash flow and debt service benefits while you never have to do any of the work involved.
We conduct market research, continuously study economic fundamentals, locate the target property, do any required renovations, manage the operations, select equity building tenants and monitor the exit strategy.
Furthermore, we only invest in positive cash-flow real estate. We do not “flip” homes for fast-money and we do not speculate in pre-construction purchases. We only concentrate on money making cash flow properties. The property will be 100% under your name, providing you with complete ownership.
